Sam joined the Spirit Team in 2007 and what an impact she’s had on the success of our company, by providing a very high standard in customer relations, supreme and innovative services, and understanding the expectations of a diverse clientele. She fantastically balances all of these amenities in an upscale and professional environment; she keeps everything running smoothly with her good business and personnel management skills. She has attended many courses over the years, focusing mainly on reception skills and customer service, and what a specialist she has become.
