• Please come alone to your appointment unless you are accompanying a child that has an appointment. Please wear a clean facemask (or we can provide you with one)
  • Before entering the salon, you will be asked to confirm that you are fit and well and that you have no symptoms or anyone close to you of COVID-19. You will be asked to sign into our Track and Trace app (this is optional)
  • You will then be invited into the salon to our washroom area where you will be asked to wash, dry and sanitise your hands. We will then take you over to your seat which will remain yours for the duration of your visit. We have removed the use of some chairs in the salon to ensure that clients remain at the recommended social distance from each other and screens separate the stations.
  • Your styling and seating position has been deep cleaned and sanitised and your gown will be placed on your chair that has been freshly laundered at 60 degrees. Your stylists equipment has been thoroughly sterilised and there will be a plastic box that is big enough for you to place your belongings with a cover to protect.
  • We have free Wi-Fi and welcome you to bring your own refreshment drinks and reading material. Beverages will be given to our colour clients who are in the salon for a much longer period and offered when they are seated alone during the colour process taking. We anticipate being able to offer all our clients, beverages in the near future.We do ask that no food is consumed in the salon. USB chargers are available upon request.
  • We are able to have the help of assistants and trainees and they will also be in full PPE and will be assisting the stylists in their day to day working.
  • At the end of your visit, if there is anything extra to pay such as extra treatments or retail, this can be done at the reception area which is screened to ensure maximum safety. We only accept card payments, contactless if possible and NO CASH
  • Your visit will be as “normal” as possible as we know this is what we all want. A relaxing enjoyable experience
